Lol, I love bojangles, if anything is wrong with my order they always fix it quickly and with a smile, luckily that rarely happens. The Food is always tasty, friendly employees, the tea is sweet, and service fast.
I notice a lot of people rate places like places are supposed to be perfect, like rating a restaurant on wifi speed is embarrassing, lol, how dumb are you. People love to complain on these sites but never confront anyone about if they are having any problems.
Thanks bojangles for always being consistently good. -

First time trying bojangles and wow... what I have been doing all this time? The biscuits are by far the game changer for this place. They beat KFC blindfolded. Plus the blueberry version is out of this world. The chicken tenders are my preferred over the regular chicken. Just could not get into the breading they use. Also loved the Cajun fries. Overall great meal deals and great prices. Definitely will order again just for the biscuits alone. Highly recommended!!!

The breakfast biscuits are so tasty, soft and buttery and they have all kinds of options to choose from that you would not find elsewhere. They have two different kinds of sausage and even chicken fried steak for the biscuits. Next time I go I want to get a chicken fried steak with gravy, now that sounds amazing. Definitely a spot I would go back to while traveling in the region.

I'm not one to ever do a customer service review, but this Bojangles staff was very rude to me one night. My kids were begging me for Bojangles even though it was 10 minutes until close. So I went through the drive through and the service I got was the worst I have ever had. Not only did someone who looked like the manager tell me to my face that this has been the worst day ever for them (basically implying that I made it worse by coming so late), but also this young lady was staring at me and rolling her eyes the entire time she was cooking our food. I understand that the store was nearly closed at this point but why would you put a time on the door if you're going to shut everything down before then? I have worked in customer service and when a party would come in 10 minutes before close AT A SIT DOWN RESTAURANT I was trained not to roll my eyes or be rude in the slightest. Do your job you're getting paid to do. I don't recommend coming here if service is important to you at all.

Average customer service without a smile or warm welcome! The place was empty which wasn't a good sign.
Chicken was ok, maybe slightly under cooked or had been sitting out far too long as the batter was soft and slimey, not great!
We had sides of mashed potatoes with gravy and also macaroni with cheese. The mac was yellow in colour but I didn't see any cheese sauce? The mashed potatoes were awful, tasted nasty processed and chemically generated. The 'free' biscuits were tasteless and dry. They wouldn't swap the biscuits even though you pay for them in the price, because they are 'free'.
Two 2 piece meals cost $14 but much for that type of quality...
